Hiring Process : For the campus recruitment, it chooses top institutes and sometimes on the need basis also conducts off-campus hiring. The campus selection process begins with written test to assess the general & technical aptitude of the candidate and then 2-3 interview rounds. For lateral hiring the selection process involves first phone screening through technical interview and then another round of technical interview followed by an HR round. For off-campus hiring either walk-in are conducted or one can apply through the job openings on the company website.



Salaries :



Microsoft pays the fresh engineering graduates close to INR 4.5 LPA. It is also a matter of prestige to be associated with Microsoft as it is the industry leader in software industry.
